摘  要:介绍了济南钢铁(集团)总公司原料厂为提高烧结原料质量,通过DOE试验确定了堆料层数与中和料σTFe和σSiO2的量化关系,并根据实验结果对堆料机进行了改造。实验结果和改造后的效果表明,提高混匀堆料层数对提高混匀料成分稳定率有显著的效果。In order to improve the quality of sintering materials, the experiments of raising blending efficiency were made in Jinan Iron and Steel Group. Through the design of experiments(DOE), the relationships between stacking layer number and σTFe and σSiO2 were obtained and then adopted in the reconstruction of the stacker-reclaimer. Both results of the experiments and the reconstruction of stacker-reclaimer showed that raising stacking layer number have remarkable effects to increase the ratio of stability of compositions of the sintering materials.
