双脉冲Q开关激光治疗色素性皮肤病的实验研究

摘　　要：通过对Q开关单、双脉冲Nd∶YAG激光、红宝石激光治疗黑色纹身进行实验研究,对Q开关单、双脉冲治疗色素性皮肤病进行了比较和统计学分析,并研究了脉冲间隔、能量密度等参数对双脉冲治疗色素性皮肤病的影响.结果表明,与Q开关单脉冲激光相比,采用Q开关双脉冲激光可以在不提高激光峰值功率的前提下提高治疗色素性皮肤病的效果且减轻损伤.Through applying Q-switched single and double Nd ： YAG laser pulses, and ruby laser pulses in removing the black pigments, the treatment effects of Q-switched single and double laser pulses were evaluated and the statistical results were given in this paper. And the effects of the parameters of Q-switched double laser pulse （ such as the pulse separation and the energy density / on the treatment of pigmentary skin disease were investigated. The results show that, compared with Q-switched single laser pulse, the double laser pulse can achieve better treatment effect and lighten the skin lesion without increasing the laser peak power.
