摘 要:根据自密实混凝土(SCC)的等级要求,结合原材料性质,并按照CECS 203:2006《自密实混凝土应用技术规程》对C55自密实混凝土进行了配合比设计。研究了钢纤维掺量与种类对自密实混凝土工作性的影响,并通过调整聚羧酸系外加剂掺量使钢纤维混凝土达到自密实混凝土工作性要求。通过混凝土抗压强度试验,证明了掺入钢纤维可以在满足自密实性能的同时提高混凝土的强度。The mix proportion of CF55 self-compacting concrete( SCC ) was designed according to "Specification for Application of Self-compacting Concrete"(CECS 203:2006 ), combined with the gradation requirement of self-compacting concrete and the properties of raw materials. Studies on the effects of the mixing amount and the type of steel faber to the workability and made it achieve the standard of self-compacting concrete through increasing the dosage of polycarboxylic superplastieizers.The results of the experiment on compressive strength of the concrete shows that adding steel fibers can enhance compressive strength of concrete while it is meeting the self-compacting requirement.
