摘　　要：针对某热轧带钢厂钢卷库厂房钢管混凝土柱肩梁部出现开裂的情况,从混凝土内部形成水化硫铝酸钙伴生膨胀应力,以及焊缝设计、施工存在的问题,分析了竖向裂缝的成因及扩展,进而提出了此类缺陷的预防措施及采取加劲肋、环向圈等,使结构恢复正常使用的加固技措。In view of cracks appeared in the connecting point of post shoulder and beam for workshop steel-pipe concrete post in some steel rolling plant, the reason and the expanding cause of vertical cracks in aspect of forming of water-sulphur-calcium aluminate are analyzed, accompanying with expanding stress in concrete, and welding seams design and construction.The preventing measurement for such common failings are proposed.
