摘　　要：网络化已成为科技期刊发展的必然趋势,文章通过对广东省科技期刊数字化、网络化现状的调查和分析,从其数字化、网络化实现形式,网络化过程中形成的与作者、期刊数据库之间的法律关系这两方面进行探讨,寻求合理解决广东省科技期刊通过网络化做大做强过程中遇到的相关问题。Netting in science - technology periodicals has become the definite tendency in the development ot journals. This paper will survey and analyze the present situations of science - technology periodicals＇ digitalization and netting, discussing mainly from the following two aspects： various forms of its realization and the legal relationship among the author, the journal press and some database service organizations, to find proper ways of solving some related legal problems in science - technology periodicals＇ netting developments.
