摘  要:目的研究天津地区花粉浓度与花粉过敏发病的关系。方法回顾性分析了2001~2005年在天津市胸科医院和天津市公安医院就诊的1 417例花粉过敏患者的临床资料,及同期天津市河西区气象铁塔站花粉观测资料,评估花粉过敏发病的年龄分布、过敏反应等级和逐月花粉过敏发病人数与花粉浓度的关系。结果花粉过敏的高发年龄为20~49岁,占总发病人数的61.5%。花粉过敏发病以秋季8~9月为主高峰期,春季4月为次高峰期。花粉浓度分布呈双峰型,第1个高峰期出现在春季3~5月,第2个高峰期出现在秋季8~9月,全年最高峰值出现在4月,月平均最高花粉浓度达到5 011粒/1 000 mm^2。结论花粉过敏的发病率与花粉浓度密切相关.中青年是花粉过敏的重点防护人群,春、秋两季是花粉过敏的重点防护季节。Objective To investigate the relationship between pollen concentration and morbidity of pollen allergy in Tianjin. Methods We retrospectively analyzed clinical data of 1 417 patients with pollen allergic in Chest Hospital and Police Hospital and the pollen survey data of Hexi district Iron Tower meteorological station of Tianjin from 2001 to 2005. The relationship was evaluated between age distribution, the grades of skin test reaction, the monthly numbers on pollen allergic disease, and pollen concentration. Results 20- 49 years old is the peak age to pollen allergy and account for 61.5% of whole population. The major peak period of pollen allergy is from August to September and the minor peak is April. The distribution of pollen concentration showed two peaks. The first peak appears from March to May. The second peak appears from August to September. The highest concentration of airborne pollens appears in April on the whole year. Monthly average maximum pollen concentration is 5 011 pollen granule in each square millimeter. Conclusions Incidence of pollen allergy is closely interrelated to pollen concentration. Middle-aged and young people are the main objects and the spring and autumn are the important period of preventing pollen allergy.
