摘　　要：腹膜后纤维化是慢性主动脉周围炎中的一型,发病率较低,可以合并硬化性胆管炎、Riedel 甲状腺炎、纵隔纤维化等其他炎性纤维化疾病,但合并眶内炎性假瘤的报道较少。本文讨论1例腹膜后纤维化合并眶内炎性假瘤患者的临床诊断思路及该病的诊断和治疗。Idiopathic retroperitoneal fibrosis （RPF） is a rare autoimmune disease, one of the clinical spectrum of chronic periaortitis. Sclerosing cholangitis, riedel thyroiditis, and sclerosing mediastinitis were reported to be related with retroperitoneal fibrosis. However, orbital pseudotumor was seldomly reported in RPF. We report a patient with idiopathic retroperitoneal fibrosis and orbital pseudotumor, and discuss the diagnosis and treatment of this disease.
