跨国公司技术转移战略的理论适用性及其启示

摘　　要：跨国公司在确定其技术转移战略时主要基于两个方面的考虑,一是技术本身的生命周期从总体上制约并最终决定着跨国公司FDI的技术转移状态;二是与利润率最大化相对应的技术转移方案左右着跨国公司FDI的技术转移时机。一直以来人们普遍认为引进国外直接投资就会自然转移过来先进的技术,这导致了我国近年来出现FDI依赖性产业技术陷阱。今后我国在经济全球化背景下要有效利用跨国公司的技术转移战略,就必须围绕技术生命周期理论具体分析跨国公司的技术产品市场特征,争取实现双赢的技术战略复合博弈格局。The crossnational coperations mainly have two thoughts in the decision of their transformational strategy of the technology. The first one is that how the existing cycle of the technology itself constrains and finally determines the transformational state of the FDI of the crossnational coperations; and the second one is that how the transformational program of the prusuit of the maximum profit margin determines the transformmational opportunity of the FDI. In the past, people usually thought to intrduce the foreign capital investment naturally resulted in the introduction of the foreign advanced technology. And this led to the dependence of the forfeign industrial technology of FDI. In the future, if we want to make good use of the transformational strategy of technology of the crossnational coperations in the period of economic globalization, we must carefully think about the marketing characteristics of the products of the crossnatioanal coperations, based on the theory of existing cycle of the technology in order to realize the winning of the technology strategy of the both sides.
