摘  要:本文研究了1Cr18Mi9Ti和20钢两种管道在空冷和水冷条件下多层对焊的残余应力分布规律。计算和实验结果表明,采用合适工艺的水冷法可有效调整上述两种管道的焊接残余应力分布,并可在管道内表面焊接接头区获得有助于提高管道应力腐蚀性能的双向压缩残余应力。In this paper. numerical simulation method a nd stress measurement are employed to study the residual stress distribution on multipass girth butt weld joints in austenitic steel (1Cr18Ni9Ti) and ferritic steel (0. 2%C ) pipes cooled by air or water. The results show that it is effective to adjust the residual stress distribution in the weld joints and obtain biaxial compression residual stress on the HAZ of the pipe inner surtace by means of proper water cooling technology. The compression stress can improve the resistance to stress corrosion crack of pipes.
