摘 要:提出了一种参数曲面与平面的精确求交新方法。此方法基于平面的半空间性质,通过参数域平面内的二向线性插值,将求交问题转化为一系列简单的离散、判断、比较和排序等运算,能较好地解决常规求交算法中曲面片内的交线不连续和交线丢失问题。由于该算法简便可靠、计算精度高,在自由曲面数控加工编程中具有广泛的应用场合,对提高航空、航天和汽车等领域的自由曲面数控加工精度具有重要的现实意义。A new algorithm for calculating the intersection curves between parametric surface and a plane is presented. Based on the half-space properties of plane, the intersection problem with two directional linear interpolation within parametric domain is studied, in which some simple processes, such as scattering, judgement, comparision and sorting are applied. The algorithm can efficiently copy with the uncontinuety and losses of intersection curves, and also proved to be reliable, precise and widely applicable in NC automatic programming. It is significant to improve the precision of NC machining for parametric surfaces of aerospace, aviation and automobile.
