贞墨合剂对小鼠免疫功能影响的研究

摘　　要：本文极道贞墨合剂能提高小鼠淋巴细胞转化率与血清IgG水平,明显增加单核细胞吞噬功能,小剂量组(同二至丸配方)的作用较大剂量组更为显著;对鼠胸腺重量与胸腺腺苷脱氨酶(ADA)活性无明显影响,但对脾重有明显的降低,小剂量组较空白对照与阳性对照组,脾ADA活性均有升高。Zhen-Mo mixture can incre- ase the percent of lymphocyte transfor- ma tion in mice and the level of IgG in mice Seirum, can obviously enhance pha. gocytesis function of mononuclears. The effect of Small bose of mixture group which the formula is the same as Erzhi Wan is more obvious than that of large dose of mixture group, It has no influence on the thymus Weight of the mice and ADA activity of thymus obviously, bnt it can reduce the spleen weight. The ADA activity of spleen of small dose of mixture group is increased as compared with the black test group and the posi- tive test group.
