摘 要:利用X射线衍射(XRD),拉曼光谱(Raman)对几种高性能聚丙烯腈(PAN)基碳纤维的微观结构进行了研究,并初步讨论了微观结构对碳纤维机械性能的影响机理。研究结果表明:高强(T系列)碳纤维的微晶约由5~6层石墨平面组成,高强高模(MJ系列)碳纤维的微晶约由10~20层石墨平面组成;晶区取向度是影响碳纤维模量的主要因素,影响碳纤维强度的主要因素随石墨化程度的不同有所改变。The microstructure of several high performance carbon fibers has been investigated by X-ray diffraction and Raman spectroscopy, and the relationship between microstructure and mechanical properties was studied. The results showed that the crystallites of high strength carbon fibers were composed of about 5 - 6 tiers of graphite, whilst high strength and high modulus carbon fibers were composed of 10- 20 tiers of graphite. The degree of orientation of the crystallites was found to be the main factor affecting the Young's modulus of the carbon fibers, but the main factor affecting the strength of the carbon fibers varied with the degree of graphitization.
