摘 要:为了探讨动态成型工艺参数对注射时螺杆功率消耗的影响规律,采用自行修正的Tanner本构方程研究了动态注射过程中螺杆功率消耗对振动力场的响应,建立了振动力场作用下注射过程螺杆功率消耗的理论模型.从理论上分析了动态注射过程中,螺杆上的功率消耗变化情况,并给出了解析解.研究表明,在施加轴向振动的情况下,螺杆上的功率消耗明显降低,并且随着振动强度的增强,降低的幅度增大.In order to explore the rule of a screw's power consumption in an injection process influenced by dynamic injection molding technical parameters, the response of power consumption of a screw in a dynamic injection to the vibration force field (VFF) was studied with self-amended Tanner constitutive equations. Theoretical models of power consumption of the screw in injection under VFF were established.' The change of screw' s power consumption in the dynamic injection was studied in theory and the analytical solution was presented in VFF. Results were deduced that the power consumption dropped while the axial vibration was applied, and the decline range increased with the enhancement of vibration strength.
