摘  要:采用一种新的技术途径,合成A lON致密陶瓷.在100 MPa高压氮气气氛下,以铝粉、氧化铝为原料,采用燃烧合成热等静压工艺(SHS-H IP),制备出致密的A lON复相陶瓷.采用扫描电子显微镜和X射线衍射研究了产物的相组成、显微组织.研究表明,原料中A l2O3含量对产物形态、相组成及显微组织有着重要影响.当A l2O3含量为10%或20%时,产物具有振荡燃烧明显分层的特征;含量为30%或40%时,产物均匀致密.随着A l2O3含量的提高,产物中自由A l含量降低,A lON和A lN含量提高,产物变得更致密.The AlON compact ceramics were prepared using a new method. The fabrication of AION composite ceramics from powder mixtures of Al and Al2O3 was investigated by the technology of the self-propagating high temperature synthesis (SHS) and the hot isostatie pressing (HIP) at N2 pressure of 100 MPa with an ignitor. XRD and SEM were used for phase compositions and mierostructural analysis. Result shows that, the Al203 content of a sample has a very important effect on the phase composition, the micro organization and the structure of the product. When the content of Al2O3 is 10wt% or 20wt%, the SHS products have obvious oscillatory combustion bedded stratification characteristics; when the content of Al2O3 is 30wt% or 40wt% , the products are homogeneous and compact. With the increase of Al2O3 content, the free Al content decreases, the AlON and AlN contents increase, and the product is more compact.
