摘 要:为有效降低聚氨酯涂料中游离TDI含量,以甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)、三羟甲基丙烷(TMP)为原料,采用金属离子催化聚合法合成低游离TDI含量的聚氨酯固化剂.探讨了A101的催化机理,并计算了反应体系的活化能.结果表明:金属离子催化剂A101的催化效果最佳.合成的产品中TDI残留量低于0.05%,-NCO含量在6.0%-8.0%;粘度在20-26 s,符合国家标准.计算表明:A101对TDI-TMP聚合反应体系有强的催化作用,大大降低了体系的活化能,加速了TDI与TMP反应.A polyurethane (PU) erosslinker with low free TDI content was produced from TDI and TMP by metal ion catalyst-polymerization for reducing the free TDI effectively in polyurethane coating. The catalytic mechanism was discussed and the activity energy of the reaction system was calculated. The results show that the catalyzer A101 has the best effect among all the catalyzers studied. Inthe synthesized product,the free TDI content is bellow 0. 5% ,the-NCO content is between 6.0%0 and 8.0% ,the viscosity is between 20 s and 26 s, which meet the national standard in china. And the catalyzer A101 can reduce the activity energy of the reaction system efficiently, thus accelerates the reaction between TDI and TMP.
