摘  要:目的:检测特应性皮炎(AD)患者血中结合珠蛋白(Hp)表型和Hp基因频率的分布,并分析与病情严重程度之间的关系。方法:采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶垂直平板电泳技术检测131例AD患者和134例正常对照者血中Hp表型的分布。结果:(1)不同病情严重程度患者之间的Hp表型及Hp基因频率分布无明显差别(P>0.05)。(2)患者组与对照组相比,Hp1-1和Hp2-1明显增高(P<0.05),Hp1基因频率明显增高(P<0.05)。(3)混合性AD组与单纯性AD组相比,Hp1-1和Hp2-1明显增高(P<0.05),Hp1基因频率明显增高(P<0.05)。结论:带有血清Hp2-1和Hp1-1的人群可能对AD有遗传易感性。Hp1基因在AD患者中有聚集现象,与其遗传易感性增高有某种内在联系,可能在AD发病中起一定作用。Objective: To investigate the distribution of senn haptoglobin phenotypes and gene frequency in atopic dermatitis (AD) patients and their relations with the severity of the disease. Methods: The distribution of haptoglobin phenotypes in the serum of 131 AD patients and 134 normal controls were determined by polyacrylamide gel vertical lat- bed electrophoresis. Results: ( 1 ) There was no significant difference between haptoglobin phenotypes and gene frequency among the AD patients with different severity of the disease (P 〉 0.05). (2) Compared with normal controls, Hp1 - 1 and Hp2- 1 were significantly increased in AD patient group (P 〈 0.05). Hp^1 allele was also higher ( P 〈 0.05). (3) Mixed AD patients showed increased frequency of Hp1 - 1, Hp2 - 1 and Hp^1 allele, compared to pure AD patient (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion: People with Hp1 - 1 and Hp2- 1 may have genetic pretisposition to AD. Hp^1 allele frequency may assemble in AD patients and relate to the increased genetic predisposition of the disease, which may play a role in the pathogenesis of AD.
