摘  要:目的:了解生殖器念珠菌病的致病菌种及其对常用抗真菌药物的敏感性。方法:采用真菌培养鉴定和药敏试剂盒对73例包皮龟头炎和外阴阴道炎患者临床标本进行菌种分离和药敏检测。结果:73例生殖器念珠菌病的前三位致病菌为白念珠菌(72.6%),近平滑念珠菌(10.96%)和热带念珠菌(6.85%)。7种抗真菌药物的敏感性依次为制霉菌素(69.86%)、5-氟胞嘧啶(67.12%)、两性霉素B(64.38%)、氟康唑(35.62%)、酮康唑(28.77%)、伊曲康唑(21.92%)、咪康唑(16.44%)。结论:本研究显示生殖器念珠菌病的主要致病菌为白念珠菌。制霉菌素、5-氟胞嘧啶、两性霉素B敏感性高,唑类药物敏感性低。Objective: To investigate the main pathogen of genital candidiasis and the susceptibility to antifungal drugs. Methods: Identifcation and drug susceptibility of the 73 Candida strains from patients with genital candidiasis were performed by the fungus identification and susceptibility testing Kit. Results: The main pathogen of 73 strains were Candida albicans (72.6%), Candidaparopsilosis (10.96%) and Candida tropicalis (6.85%). The sensitivity rates to nystatin, 5 - flucytosine, amphotericin B, fluconazole, ketoconazole, itraconazole and miconazole were 69.86%, 67.12%, 64.38%, 35.62%, 28.77%, 21.92% and 16.44% respectively. Conclusion: Candida albicans plays the leading role in the genital candidiasis. The sensitivity to nystatin, 5 - flucytosine, amphotericin B was higher, and to miconazole, itraconazole, ketoconazole and fluconazole was lower.
