摘  要:针对工程机械中最常用的45钢板,运用手工自蔓延焊接技术,系统分析了45钢在应急焊接时的组织与性能。结果表明:手工自蔓延焊接5mm厚45钢板实现了冶金结合,抗拉强度达到400MPa;焊缝合金主要由Cu、Fe和Ni形成的固溶体组成,熔合区宽10~30!m由结晶过渡区、熔合线和半熔化区构成,是富铁相与富铜相两相混合组织;熔合区成分复杂、组织不均匀,为焊接接头的薄弱环节。45 steel plates were usually used in engineering machine. The properties and microstrueture of manual SHS welded joint of 45 steel in emergent maintenance were systematically analyzed. The results show that the interfaces between the joints and matrix in 5mm thick plates are metallurgy combination and the weld alloy is made up of solid solution (mainly include Cu, Fe and Ni). The width of the fusion zone reaches 10-30μm, which is made up of partial melting region, bond line and transition region, the microstructure of the fusion zone only has two phases (copper-rich phase, iron-rich phase). The fusion zone that has complicated composition and non-uniform organization become weak link of the joint.
