摘  要:在ZrO2陶瓷基粉体中添加适量纳米Y2O3,采用等离子喷涂工艺制备陶瓷涂层。对涂层进行了显微组织分析、抗高温氧化试验和耐磨损性能试验,研究了添加剂Y2O3对涂层显微组织和抗高温氧化性能的影响。研究结果表明,纳米Y2O3的加入可以减少涂层中的孔隙,提高涂层的致密性,且随着纳米Y2O3加入量的增加,涂层的抗氧化能力先增强后减弱,纳米Y2O3以5%加入涂层中孔隙最少,晶粒细化,涂层致密,抗氧化性能最好。Adding nano-Y2O3 into the ZrO2 ceramic base powder body, the ceramic coatingswere prepared by plasma spraying. The wear resistanc6 of the coating were studied and the influence of nano-Y2O3 powder on the microstructure and high temperature oxidation resistance of the coating were investigated. The results show that the addition of nano-Y2O3 can reduce porosity in the coating and improve coating compactness. With the increase of nano- Y2O3, the antioxidant capacity weaken after strengthening. The coating adding nano-Y2O3 of 5% has the least pores, the finer grain, the better density and the best antioxidant properties.
