摘　　要：各种不同结构表面活性剂的合成主要涉及到烷基化、磺化、聚合、酯化、季铵化、氧化等有机单元反应，其合成工艺已基本成熟，但老工艺的污染问题亟需解决。如Friedel—Craft反应在目前的工业生产中，Some preparation technologies polluting seriously to environment are existed in traditional surfactant industry, so it is necessary to improve the traditional organic unit processes by using novel catalysts. In this paper the applications of zeolite molecular sieve, solid acid catalyst, ionic liquid in processes of esterification, alkylation, oxidation and acylation are introduced, and the progresses in various kinds of organic unit operations using these novel catalysts are also reviewed, giving a reference to the surfactant industry for improvement of its process greening.
