摘  要:聚双环戊二烯(Polydjcyelopentadiene,简称PDCPD)是一种新型的高抗冲工程塑料,由来源于乙烯裂解C5馏分中的单体双环戊二烯.在六氯化钨和一氯二乙基铝组成的催化剂存在下,开环歧化聚合制得。PDCPD单体一般由聚合反应注射成型工艺(Reaction Injection Molding,Polydicyclopentadiene (PDCPD) is a novel engineering plastic featuring perfect anti-impact strength and rigidity even when the operating temperature is below -40℃. Meanwhile, it exhibits good dimensional stability, acid/alkali-resistance, good painting performance, good electrical insulation property, good bonding behavior, mechanical processability and self-releasing property. Currently it is mainly used to produce vessels with chemical endurance, vehicle accessories, sports goods, medical instruments, and durable parts for ATM machines. The present situations about production, processing and market consumption of PDCPD at home and abroad are introduced with relevant analysis and explanation.
