摘  要:目的观察小鼠感染两种不同来源的马尔尼菲青霉菌(PM)后脾脏的组织病理学改变。方法用分离自广西银星竹鼠的野生PM菌株(A组)和马尔尼菲青霉病患者的临床PM菌株(B组)的菌悬液经腹腔注射感染健康小鼠,并以生理盐水腹腔注射作为阴性对照。接种10周后处死(中途死亡的小鼠随时解剖)小鼠,解剖、观察内脏感染情况,选取小鼠脾脏行组织病理切片,苏木素伊红染色(HE)及过碘酸锡夫染色(PAS),观察其基本病理变化。结果A、B组PM感染的小鼠脾脏均可见炎性灶状病变、脓肿或肉芽肿形成;PAS染色可见真菌孢子;比较第10周解剖的小鼠与中途死亡小鼠脾脏病理变化,前者脏器组织中病变及真菌数量明显减少,部分消失,C组小鼠无死亡,内脏未见肉眼病变。结论野生PM和临床分离PM均能使具有正常免疫功能小鼠的脾脏感染,且部分小鼠感染PM后,随着时间的推移症状可以逐渐消失。Objective To study the histopathological change of penicilliosis marneffei on spleens of mice. Methods The conidia suspension of wild isolates and clinical isolates penicillium marneffei was inoculated into the abdominal cavity of healthy mice respectively. We killed the mice ten weeks later and dissect died mice any time, to observe the infection status of internal or- gans and to study histopathological diversity of spleens of mice. Result Some abscesses and granulomas were formed in the spleens, sporus could be found in the abscesses or granulomas. The histopathologieal change was less and less prominent and sporus was gradually cleared away from the granulomas ten weeks after inoculation. Conclusion Wild isolates and clinical isolates penicillium marneffei could infect immunocompetent mice. Penicilliosis marneffei could recover spontaneously by degrees with time-lapse in immunocompetent mice.
