钢管混凝土中核心混凝土浇筑质量的过程控制方法探讨

摘　　要：核心混凝土可靠的浇筑质量是保证钢管混凝土满足其设计强度、保证钢管及其核心混凝土共同作用、充分发挥其结构力学性能的重要前提。提出应用ISO9000族标准质量管理的重要方法:过程方法,强调以控制过程达到控制结果的目的,对钢管混凝土中核心混凝土浇筑质量的过程控制方法进行了探讨,以期为钢管混凝土工程的施工及验收提供参考。The desired pouring quality of core conerete is quite important to ensure the strength of concrete,as well as the composite action between the steel tube and its core concrete, and thus to make concrete filled steel tube works safely in a structural system. This paper is an attempt to use ＂the process method＂ （this method emphases on controlling the results by controlling process） presented in ISO9000 Quality Management System Standards to control the pouring quality of core concrete in concrete-filled steel tube. The method introduced in this paper maybe reference for concrete filled steel tubular engineering project.
