摘　　要：本文基于科技支撑和引领经济发展的视角,通过对我国技术转移体系的分析,构建了技术转移综合指数(TTI);运用适应性分析、回归分析、协整分析以及脉冲响应函数分析等研究方法,对我国技术转移与经济增长的关系及其贡献进行了实证研究并给出了相关政策建议。Based on the vision of technology sustaining and leading economic development, we have set up the ＂technology transfer index＂ under the analysis of Chinese technology transfer system. Combined with adaptability analysis, regres- sion analysis, co-integration analysis and impulse response function analysis, we have researched on the relationship between technology transfer and economic growth. Finally, certain conclusion and policy suggestions are given.
