摘  要:简述了熔融插层法制备聚合物/粘土纳米复合材料的技术。介绍了制备方法,分析了其动力学原理,阐述了此技术在合成聚合物/粘土纳米复合材料的研究现状及技术发展趋势。The clay minerals that include montmorillonite, vermiculite and saponite, et al can compound with some polymers become polymer/clay nanocomposites, which attracting considerable interest in materials science research. A re- view was given of the academics and preparing methods of the polymer/clay nanocomposites by melt intercalation technolo- gy. The mechanism of intercalation and ways were introduced, and its thermodynamics and kinetics were also analyzed. At last, application of melt interalation technology for polymer/clay nanocomposites were summarized and further studies should be pay more attention.
