摘  要:用ANSYS/LS-DYNA软件对八辊辊式矫直机水平矫直60kg/m重轨的矫直过程进行了模拟。矫直后重轨轨头宽度平均增加0.43mm,轨头下颚平均被压下0.78mm,轨底宽度增加0.62mm,轨底平均被压弯0.31mm,越靠近腿部,压弯越大。重轨高度减小,减少量为0.53-1.11mm。模拟结果与实际测量结果基本一致,为矫直工艺的优化提供了一定的指导作用。The horizon straightening process of the 60kg/m heavy rail by straightening machine with eight rollers was simulated by the ANSYS/LS-DYNA software. The width of the rail head increased by 0. 43mm, the mandible of rail head was reduced by 0. 78mm, and the width of rail base increased by 0.62mm. The rail base was bended by 0.31mm, and the bending was bigger near the leg. Reduction of the rail height ranged from 0.53mm to 1. 11mm. The simulative results and experimental ones are in reasonable agreements,and it provided the instruction for optimizing straightening process.
