摘 要:实验结果表明:在铝及其合金中添加TiC颗粒可明显提高材料的抗磨损性能,且磨损性能与材料的硬度之间没有必然的联系。TiC颗粒增强铝基复合材料的磨损表面既有磨粒磨损的特征形貌,又具有粘着磨损的特征产物,磨损过程中两种机理共同发生作用。The test results indicated that the wear resistance of aluminum matrix composites with the addition of TiC is significantly increased and it does not have regular correlations with their hardness. Observations on specimen surface after wear tests reveal that wear abrasion char- acteristics of the morphology and adhesive wear characteristics of the morphology. In wear process, mechanisms of two forms common play a role.
