摘　　要：以PLCS7-300及触摸屏OP177B为核心,构建了高速在线无损检测设备监控系统。详细地阐述了该监控系统的硬件结构、监控画面的组态及软件设计。实践证明该系统运行可靠、功能齐全、简单易用。This paper introduces the construction of monitoring and control system of high speed on-hne nondestructive testing equipment of steel tube based on SIEMENS PLC S7-300 and touch panel OP177B. It also elaborates the configuration of the hardware, the configura- tion of the monitoring and control screen and the design of the software of this monitoring and control system. It is proved that this system is rehable, versatile and simple to use.
