摘　　要：非正常断丝严重影响了线切割机床的切割效率以及产品加工质量,如何解决非正常断丝,本文从电极丝、加工零件的材料、放电参数、切割工艺、工作液、导轮引导机构等方面,进行了较为详细的探讨并在实践中加以应用,明显地降低了断丝的发升率。The cutting efficiency and the machining quality of wire cutting machine are influenced by the non-normal broken wire. How to solve the non-normal broken wire problems, some measures are researched form electrode wire, machining material, discharge parameter, cutting technique, treatment fluid, guiding wheel framework and etc. in this paper. The incidence rate of the non-normal broken wire is descended in practical machining.
