摘  要:研究了几种不同预应变量Fe30Mn6Si5Cr合金经室温预应变-450℃回火6次训练SME的变化;结果表明训练效果对预应变量有明显的依赖关系,预应变量εp为1%左右时6次训练恢复率没有明显变化,而εp为3%~4%时,恢复率显著提高,最大形变恢复率分别达93%、78%,εp大于5.5%后,第6次训练恢复率开始下降。并用金相及X射线衍射研究了εp分别为3%、5.5%的合金训练过程中微结构的变化。The effect of thermal train on recovery strain rate and transformation temperature of Fe30Mn6Si5Cr alloy with various prestrain has been studied. Results showed that the improvement of SME was related to the prestrain closely. The recovery strain rates ηr of samples with 3% and 4% prestrain have been increased remarkablely and maximum recovery strain rate could be reached at 93% and 78% respectively after sixth thermal cycle. The ηr of sample with 5.5% prestrain decreased after fifth train. The thermal train processes of samples with 3% and 5.5% were analysed by Xray diffraction and optical metallography.
