摘　　要：历史上,古都洛阳与长安及开封所处的地理位置存在着某种关联性,是我国最早且存在时间最长的黄河流域都城轴线上的三个重要结点。在长期的历史发展进程中,它们形成了相互补充、促进或制约的区域关系,并对古都洛阳都城建置的增设废省以及地位升降变化产生了直接的影响。In historical period, there was a certain geographical relevance among the ancient capital of Kaifeng, Luoyang and Chang＇ an. They were the first and longest three major nodes of our country＇ s capital axis on the Yellow River Basin. In the long course of historical development, they formed a complementing, promoting or constraining regional relationship and had a direct impact on the additional abolition of the provincial government, as well as changes in the status movements of the ancient capital Luoyang.
