摘  要:研究了细晶(Mg,Y)PSZ陶瓷在175℃(1.2MPa)热蒸汽环境下的腐蚀行为。研究发现,细晶(Mg,Y)PSZ陶瓷不仅比3YTZP陶瓷具有良好的抗水热腐蚀能力,而且也比MgPSZ陶瓷具有更高的常温抗弯强度。相变激活能的计算结果表明,热蒸汽环境下,(Mg,Y)PSZ陶瓷具有与YTZP及CeAZP陶瓷相近的相变激活能,进一步说明水分子与ZrOZr键相互作用大幅度降低了材料的相变激活能是相变增韧氧化锆陶瓷低温环境性能恶化的主要原因之一。Corrosion behavior of finegrained (Mg,Y)PSZ ceramics in 175℃ (1.2MPa) hot steam environment was studied. It had been shown that finegrained (Mg,Y)PSZ ceramics not only had better resistance for hydrothermal corrosion than 3YTZP materials, but also had higher bending strength that MgPSZ ceramics in room temperature. Calculation results showed that the values of transformation activation energies for (Mg,Y)PSZ ceramics were almost the same with ceriaand yttriadoped zirconia materials in hot steam enviromment. This fact indicated that the chemical reaction between water molecular and ZrOZr bonds dramatically decreased the transformation activation energy might be one of the main reasons why degradation of zirconia often happened in low temperature environment ageing.
