摘　　要：阐述了图书馆读者权益的概念,指出高校图书馆读者权益应包含信息公平权、时空保障权、免费使用权、信息知情权、安全保障权、培训辅导权、批评建议及检举监督权、隐私权等内容,揭示了在高校图书馆应通过加快图书馆立法、加强读者法制意识、加强文献信息资源建设和加强馆员素质等方法,以达到较好地维护高校图书馆读者的权益的目的。The paper has expounded the concept of library reader rights, pointed out that the interests of university library readers should include fair information, time and space security, the right to free right to use the information right to know, the right to security, training counseling to criticisms and suggestions and report monitoring the right to privacy, etc., revealed in the University Library should speed up the library through legislation, strengthening the rule of law, the readers, to strengthen literature information resources to build and strengthen the quality of librarians, so as to achieve better safeguard the rights and interests of college library purposes.
