摘　　要：分析了城市化进程中新市民群体的内涵与构成,指出图书馆为新市民群体提供各种服务的现实必要性,以及图书馆加强为新市民群体提供服务的具体方式与方法。The paper has analyzed the connotation and composition of new citizen community during the process of urbanization, pointed out the necessity that libraries should provide various kinds of service for the new citizen community, as well as the concrete methods and ways for libraries to strengthen service for the new citizen community.
