摘  要:依据院(系)资料室的特点,作好细节服务;从本专业出发,抓好细节服务;加强专业学科馆员的建设是作好细节服务的关键;提升读者满意度是细节服务要达到的最终目标;创新细节服务5个方面对如何作好院(系)资料室的细节服务进行了论证,并一一举例说明,目的是为提高院(系)资料室的细节服务水平提供参考意见。Detailed service should be done well ments and also to the specialization of them. according to the characteristics of the reference rooms of colleges and departImproving the personal resources-the construction of the staffs of various administrative or technical officers is the key to do the detailed service well. To meet the satisfaction of readers is the final goal of the detailed service. From five aspects, the creation of the detailed service of the reference rooms of colleges and departments has been discussed in order to do the detailed service efficiently and at the same time some examples have been given to indicate it, the aim of which is to offer some references to improve the level of the detailed service.
