摘　　要：我国现行体育人口判定标准,实质上是一个"适度的运动"量化和操作化的概念,是对发达国家使用的三元定性判定标准的"借用",是一种刚性较强弹性较弱的指标体系。这就决定了该判定标准在使用过程中必然存在着"一刀切"的问题。The determinant standard of sports population in China is virtually a rationed-concept about moderate-exercise;at the same time, it＇s a concept that is very rigidity and be short of flexibility consequently,and the determinant standard needs to be ameliorated in the aspect of flexibility.
