摘　　要：利用计算机输助设计（ＣＡＤ）、计算机输助教学（ＣＡＩ）、拟实制造（ＶＭ）、专家系统（ＥＳ）等各方面知识，设计出一个能够对ＮＣ代码进行语法、词法检查，对加工过程、面板操作进行图形仿真的系统。已经完成了华中Ⅰ型数控系统、西门子８１０／８２０Ｍ数控系统的编程和调试工作。本系统能够高效率、高质量、低消耗地培训数控人员。Based on the knowledge of CAD, CAI,VM, ES, we implemented a system that can check NC code at syntax and semanteme levels, simulate the machining process and panel operations graphically. At present, the system has realized the machining environments of Siemens 810/820M and HuaZhong I. The system can train NC workers with great efficiency, high quality and also at low cost.
