摘 要:作者利用支气管肺泡灌洗技术对大鼠矽尘性肺泡炎进行了细胞学、酶组化及生化的研究。发现以中性粒细胞及肺泡巨噬细胞为主的炎细胞持续浸润,肺泡巨噬细胞和中性粒细胞的损伤和崩解,及肺泡结构的急性损伤是矽尘性肺泡炎的主要特点。作者并结合文献讨论了矽尘在肺组织内对肺泡巨噬细胞的作用,以及矽尘性肺泡炎在矽肺纤维化发生中的意义。An experimental silicosis model wasproduced in rats by intratracheal instilla-tion of 25 mg silica dioxide normal saline.Animals were killed at 1, 3, 7, 14, 45 daysafter treatment, for cytological, enzymecytochemical and biochemical analyses ofthe bronchoalveolar lavage fluld.The resultsshowed that the number of polymorpho-nuclear cells and alveolar macrophages(AMs)increased continuously. The total amountof protein and activities of LDH and AcP inthe lavage fluid were elevated, while theactivites of LDH, SDH and AcP demonstra-ted by enzyme cytochemical staining in AMswere lowered.The survival rate of AMs de-creased and foamy AMs appeared, thesechanges reflected the main characteristics ofsilica-induced alveolitis. We conclude thatsilica-induced alveolitis is not only the essen-tial pathological characteristics of early pul-monary reaction to silica, but also plays acrucial role in the pathogenesis of silicoticfibrosis.
