摘　　要：随着信息化技术的发展,在视频监控系统中,应用传统的单播的方法,已经满足不了实际的要求。本文介绍了IP组播技术以及它的实现方法。论述了使用IP组播技术在远程监控系统中视频传输的设计思想和实现方法。With the development of information technology, in video surveillance system, the method of applying the tradition unlcast, has ＇not already satisfied the actual request. The IP multicast technology and its implement in Winsock introduced .the design idea and implement method that video transmit for long route using IP ,multicast technology in Remote video monitoring system are expatiated.
