摘  要:针对目前多负荷水平下无功优化方法计算相对复杂、实用难度较大等不足,基于免疫算法和最优覆盖原理提出了配电网无功优化规划的新方法。该方法采用改进免疫算法在最大负荷水平下获得了无功最优补偿点和总补偿容量,并运用聚类分析思想处理负荷数据,统一和精简了数据量,最后根据最优覆盖原理生成各补偿点的无功需求概率分布曲线,以降低网损和提高电容利用率为目标,实现了各补偿点的电容分组配置。实际配电网的无功补偿优化配置结果验证了该方法的有效性和实用性。Up to now, there are insufficiencies in most methods for optimal reactive power planning considering multi-load levels, such as relative complexity in calculation and hard to use in practice. In this paper, based on immune algorithm and optimal covering technique, a new method of optimal reactive power planning for distributoin networks is proposed. Firstly, by use of improved immune algorithm the optimal reactive power compensation positions and total coimpensation capacities are obtained under peak load level; then the load data of multi-levels are standarduzed and simplified by cluster analysis; finally by use of optimal covering technique the probability distribution curves for reactive power demands of all compensation buses are formed, and taking both active power loss reduction and improvement of utilization rate of capacitors as the objectives, the grouping configuration of capacitors at each compensation bus is implemented. The effectiveness and practicality of the proposed method is validated by the results of optimal reactive power compensation configuration in a certain actual distribution network.
