摘  要:肾交感神经比其他任何神经都具有更高的紧张性活动,因此肾交感神经能较好地反映心血管的交感神经活动水平及中枢交感神经的活动水平。研究证明,在中枢神经系统中,下丘脑室旁核是肾交感神经的中枢核团,也是神经内分泌和自主神经系统的重要整合部位。它在心血管活动的中枢调节、促肾上腺皮质激素的释放、应激及肾交感神经活动等方面有重要的作用,尤其对急性肾损伤和慢性肾衰竭患者的肾交感神经兴奋性增强中有着直接的关系。Renal sympathetic nerve has more tonic activity than any other nerves, so renal sympathetic nerve can reflect the sympathetic activity of cardiovascular system and central system more better. Studys showed that paraventricular nucleus (PVN) of hypothalamus in central nerve system is not only the central nucleus of renal sympatheticus, but also the significant integration site of neuroendocrine and automatic nervous system. PVN plays an important role in many aspects, such as the central regulation of cardiovascular activity, releasing of ACTH, stressing and renal sympathetic nerve activity and so on. Especially, PVN is directly involved in enhanced excitability of renal sympathetic nerve of patients with actue renal injury and chronic renal failure.
