摘　　要：单纯疱疹病毒(HSV)感染是人类高发的感染性疾病之一,严重危害人类健康。西医主要以化学合成的核苷类抗病毒药物进行局部或全身治疗,但此类药物易产生耐药性,临床应用效果欠佳。本文从中药抗HSV的作用靶点,单味中药、中药复方及有效成分抗HSV实验和临床研究等几个方面,综述目前国内外中草药的研究现状,探讨中药研究的思路。Herpes simplex virus infection is one of the high incidence human infectious diseases, it is harm to human health.. Western medicine is the main treatment for part or systemic therapy through chemosynthesis nucleoside antiviral drugs,but this kind of medicine are easy to have drugs-resistant and low clinical application. In the article,the authors discuss the herb-anti-HSV effect from several directions about experiments and clinical researches of a kind of herb, herb compound, active ingredients and targets, to point out the way and origin for the the Traditional Chinese Medicine research.
