摘　　要：目的探讨单纯闭合性小肠损伤及其处理中应注意的问题。方法对单纯闭合性小肠损伤的受伤机制、早期临床特征及处理方法进行分析。结果27例均进行手术治疗,全部治愈。结论单纯闭合性小肠损伤治疗的关键是早期诊断、掌握手术探查指征、选择合适的术式和术中仔细探查。Objective To explore the therapy of simple closed injury of small intestine. Methods The injured mechanisms,early clinical feature, treatment in 27 cases of simple closed injury of small intestine were retrospectively analyzed. Results All the 27 cases underwent surgical operation. And all were cured after operation. Conclusion Early diagnosis,handling of operations exploration indications,selection of suitable operation procedure and exploring carefully during operation are critical in the therapy of simple closed injury of small intestine.
