摘　　要：敏捷制造是一门先进制造技术。本文通过对河北省装备制造业现状分析,探讨河北装备制造业如何实施敏捷制造,使企业及科研机构之间以合作去代替竞争,提高企业的创新能力,增加企业生产的柔性和灵敏度,增强企业对市场的应变能力。Agile Manufacturing is an advanced manufacture technology, by analyzing present situation on equipment manufacturing of Hebei province, this essay discusses how to implement Agile Manufacture to make enterprise and Scientific Research Institute cooperate instead of competing, to facilitate enterprise＇s ability and to strengthen pliancy and sensitivity of production, and to enhance enterprise adap ration to constantly changing market.
