摘　　要：目的:探讨左旋18甲基炔诺酮皮埋避孕剂对妇女体液免疫功能的影响。方法:对159例应用皮埋避孕剂的妇女及31例对照组妇女血清中的免疫球蛋白、外周血中B细胞的功能进行了测定。IgG、IgA、IgM的测定,采用单向免疫扩散法。B细胞数量的测定采用直接免疫荧光法。结果:IgG、IgA在药物应用早期高于正常对照值,IgM水平未见明显变化,B细胞数量及单个核细胞在体外经美洲商陆刺激后分泌IgM水平未见到明显变化。结论:该皮埋避孕剂对B细胞功能有一定影响,但未影响其正常功能发挥。因此,从免疫学角度看,长期应用是安全的。Objective： To understand the effects of subdermal levonorgestrel implants on celluar immunity of women and provide basis for determing the immune safty of the implants. Methods ： The leve-ls of immunoglobulin produced in vitro by PBMC with the stimulation of PWM were measured in women. Immuohgloulin were tested by single immunodiffusion. Numbers of B cells were measured by immunofluorescence. Results ： During the earlier stages （ 〈 1.5years）, the levels of IgG, IgA in sera were higher than that in the normals. All the changes of above had recovered to normal levels and kept stable during the middle and later stages （ 1.5 -6years）. Conclusion： Subdermal levenorgestrel implant had somewhat influence to the humoral immunity, but had no harmful effectivity. So the implants can be used consecutively.
