浅谈我国体育旅游人才现状与培养的紧迫性

摘　　要：体育与旅游的结合形成了新的产业体育旅游,目前我国体育旅游已初具规模,但体育旅游人才不足成为制约体育旅游发展的一个主要因素.通过分析我国体育旅游人才的现状,提出要加强体育旅游人才培养,全面提高体育旅游在业人员素质,以确保我国体育旅游业健康、快速地发展,也为今后高校开设体育旅游专业提供新的理论依据.The combination of sports and tourism makes a new industry—— sports tourism. Now the sports tourism in our country is beginning to take shape. However, the shortage of qualified service people has been a main factor to restrict the development of the sports tourism. This article analyzes the present state of the sports tourism in our country and points out the importance of training qualified service people and developing their quality to ensure that sports tourism can develop healthily and rapidly. This article also provides the theoretical basis for the sports tourism major in colleges and universities.
