摘  要:在分析大规模定制生产特点的基础上,结合产品设计制造过程,提出了销售订单生命周期管理的概念,描述了销售订单的信息模型,划分了订单生命周期的4个阶段与8个状态,建立了销售订单同产品生命周期的五域映射模型,规划了基于订单的产品全息模型。将该系统在典型企业进行了应用验证,结果表明订单的生命周期管理为大规模定制生产模式提供了更为准确的产品制造信息,并为产品服役结束后的回收再利用提供了信息支持。Based on the characteristic of mass customization manufacturing and integrated with the process of product design, the concept of order life cycle management is outlined which mainly focuses on the relationship model of sell order. The order life cycle is descrihed as four phrases and eight states. The mapping model between sell order life cycle and product life cycle is made. The whole information model of product is presented based on order. The system is put in practice in a typical enterprise to verify its efficiency . The conclusion shows that it offers much more exact producing information than before and is helpful for the product recycling.
