某导气式双路供弹机空拨弹故障研究

摘　　要：空拨弹是弹链式自动机出现频次较多的一种常见故障,为了提高自动机工作的可靠性,必须将空拨弹故障出现的概率降低到许可程度。根据导气式双路供弹机的工作原理,提出了供弹机正常工作应满足的及时性、机构工作可靠性和零件刚强度3个基本要求。根据出现空拨弹故障的统计结果,建立了其故障模式。针对双路供弹机的空拨弹故障特点,采用故障树诊断方法,详细剖析了空拨弹故障的原因,并提出相应的改进措施。经射击试验验证,射弹756发,再未出现空拨弹故障,基本排除了空拨弹故障。Blank cartridge is a common faulty problem happened in link-belt automatic mechanism. In order to improve the reliability of automatic mechanism, the breakdown rate of blank cartridge should be limited within a permission degree. Three basic requirements are therefore presented according to operational principle of gas-operated dual feeder, they are the timeliness, reliability of machnism component, rigidity and intensity under the condition of normal work of automatic mechanism. Fault modes of dual feeder were put forward according to the calculation and statistical results of blank cartridge. Aimed at the characteristics of blank cartridge fault, the real causes of blank cartridge feeding fault were analyzed in detail by use of fault tree diagnosis method, and the corresponding improvement measures were suggested. By verification of firing test, 756 rounds were fired and there was no blank cartridge fault, the blank cartridge fault problem was solved on the whole.
