摘 要:用化学分析、红外光谱(FTIR)、核磁共振碳谱(13C-NMR)、凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)等方法分析了麦草碱木素在碱性条件下酚化改性前后的官能团、分子量等化学结构的变化,并测试了酚化的末改性LPF胶粘剂的性能.结果表明,麦草碱木素在改性后甲氧基含量由11.04 %降低至8.92 %,酚羟基含量由2.64 %升高至4.20 %,导致LPF胶的固体含量和胶粘强度升高;麦草碱木素在改性后平均相对分子质量降低,重均相对分子质量(Mw)由1 737降为934,数均相对分子质量(Mn)由1902降为1 473,导致LPF胶的粘度降低,储存稳定性增加.因此,酚化改性可以提高麦草碱木素的活性,并进一步提高木质素酚醛树脂胶粘剂的性能.The changes in chemical structures of wheat straw soda lignin (WSSL) after the modification of WSSL by phenolation in alkaline medium, including functional groups and molecular average weight, studied by chemical analyses, Fourier transform infrared, carbon- 13 nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy (13 C-NMR), gel permeation chromatography (GPC), and the properties of phenolated and non-phenolated LPF adhesives were deter- mined. The result shows that after the modification, content of methoxyl group of WSSL de- crease from 11.04 % to 8.72 %, and the content of phenolic hydroxyl increase from 2.64 % to 4.20 %, resulting in increased nonvolatile solids and adhesive strength of LPF. After the modification, the weight-average molecular weight of WSSL decrease from 1 902 to 1 473, the number-average molecular weight decrease from 1 737 to 934, these results in decreased viscosity and increased storage stability of LPF adhesive. Therefore, the modification of WSSL by phenolation increases its reactivity and further improves the performance of lignin- based phenol-formaldehyde adhesive.
