摘 要:采用红外光谱、1H-NMR和GPC研究了多枝桉乙酸木素的结构和相对分子质量,并用乙酸木素对纸张进行了聚氨酯化处理,测试了聚氨酯化处理后纸张的物理性能.研究结果表明:多枝桉乙酸木素含有大量的羟基,具有多元醇结构,其相对分子质量比较大且,而其分散系数较小;纸张经过乙酸木素聚氨酯化处理后可以使纸张中的纤维之间产生氨基甲酸酯结构的连接,从而大幅度提高纸张的物理性能,尤其是湿强度,为纸张在包装、建筑等工农业生产中的应用开辟了更为广阔的前景.Chemical structure and molecular weight of acetic acid lignin of eucalyptus viminalis were studied with IR, 1H-NMR and GPC. The paper was treated with acetic acid lignin. The characteristics of polyurethane derived from paper was also analyzed. It was found that acetic acid lignin contained many hydroxyl groups including phenolic and aliphatic hydroxyl groups and had typical structure of polyol. The molecular weight of acetic acid lignin was relatively high and molecular weight dispersion coefficient was small. The molecular weight distribution of acetic acid lignin was even. The earbamate bonds were formed among fibers when the paper was treated with acetic acid lignin and polyurethane. The carbamate bonds bonded the fibers in paper together. Therefore, the treatment enhanced the physical strength of papers, especially the wet strength, hut also broadened the application fields of papers such as packaging ,architecture and so on.
